Refund Eligibility
- 12-Month and 24-Month plans are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of account activation, provided the service was non-functional and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- Lifetime IPTV subscriptions are non-refundable. Due to the permanent nature of a Lifetime plan, no refunds are issued after activation. We strongly encourage all Lifetime buyers to use our 36-hour trial ($3) before committing.
- 1-Month, 3-Month, and 6-Month plans are not eligible for refunds. The $3 trial is designed for these use cases.
- Accounts in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds under any plan.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team via WhatsApp at +44 7916 998604 with your Order ID and a clear description of the issue. Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible window listed above.
